Qualifikationen

• Three years of experience in student services, academic advising, or career counseling.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Master’s degree encouraged.
• Experience with webinar presentation and video capture.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and presentations.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office.
• Great team player; familiar with social media.

Aufgaben

• Advise ALM degree candidates and support degree completion of 500+ students.
• Advise on course selection to fulfill degree requirements and future plans.
• Maintain accurate degree program records in the student information system.
• Develop, maintain and promote academic services to meet graduate student needs.
• Plan and execute events to promote community and career exploration, such as receptions and networking seminars.
• Contribute to alumni data gathering on graduates’ career trajectories.
