Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) seeks a Sr. Coordinator, Advising and Academic Operations to support master’s students in the Ed.M program. You’ll work across a high-functioning team to design curricular resources, coordinate advisor matching, and manage files and communications.

This role requires an on-campus presence most days. You will contribute to program development, support admissions and enrollment processes, and help ensure timely advising reports and materials across the

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to support programming/department is occasionally required.
