Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license in Ohio is required.
• Life and Health license or commitment to obtain within 60 days of hire is required.
• Experience in an insurance agency setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify coverage needs and customize insurance solutions for clients.
• Maintain a visible in-office presence in Medina and provide approachable service.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a friendly, prompt manner.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Ohio.

Valid Life and Health license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of hire.

Experience working in an insurance agency setting.

Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.

Ability to articulate complex concepts in plain, helpful language.

Self-motivated work ethic with a genuine desire to assist others.
