Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license in Ohio is required.
• Life and Health license or commitment to obtain within 60 days of hire is required.
• Experience in an insurance agency setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify coverage needs and customize insurance solutions for clients.
• Maintain a visible in-office presence in Medina and provide approachable service.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Review client policies to ensure ongoing protection as lives change.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a supportive office atmosphere.
• Explain options clearly and articulate the value of protection offered.
