The Juris Agency in Buford, GA is seeking EXPERIENCED licensed Allstate insurance service agents who aim for high income and top performance. You will lead the service side of operations, support clients with policy updates, and grow with licensing opportunities. Preference for on-site in Buford, GA, but remote candidates are considered.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 5+ years of total insurance experience with ALLSTATE P&C in the last 12 months.
• A genuine interest in helping people and providing excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and the team.
• Ability to stay organized, handle paperwork accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: be the friendly face and voice of the agency, welcome clients, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Policy Support: assist with simple policy updates and answer basic coverage questions.
• Referrals & Transfers: identify opportunities to refer or transfer clients for additional products and services, earn bonuses.
