As an Insurance Customer Service Rep, you'll help customers with policy questions, payments, changes, documents, and other insurance needs. You'll spend your days talking with customers, handling service requests, and working alongside a team that values doing things right and supporting each other along the way.

You'll also have room to grow. This position starts in customer service, but as you build your insurance knowledge, demonstrate strong performance, and take on new skills, there are opportunities to assume additional responsibilities and advance within the agency. Hands‑on training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and continuing education can help you build toward that next step.

The base salary is $27,000-$40,000 based on experience, with bonus opportunities. You'll also have PTO, health insurance, a Monday-Friday schedule, weekends and holidays off, and paid holidays.
