Landis & Associates Inc. in Parkville, MD is seeking a motivated Insurance Agency/Sales Associate to join our team. You will educate clients on auto, home, life, and commercial policies and build lasting relationships to drive retention.

With the Allstate brand behind you, you’ll prospect for new business, conduct policy reviews, meet sales goals, and provide exceptional service. A Maryland P&C license or ability to obtain one is required, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Required MD Property & Casualty license or able to obtain one.
• Previous sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with goal-driven mindset and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
