Qualifications

• Required MD Property & Casualty license or able to obtain one.
• Previous sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with goal-driven mindset and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
• Educate clients on Allstate insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and renewals.
• Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals and performance targets.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems.
