Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university with 10+ years in facilities management or related fields.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Multi-site facilities management experience preferred.
• Experience managing service delivery transitions and operational transformations.
• Certifications such as CFM or FMA are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Extensive experience directing matrixed cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
• Strong financial acumen and account management practices.
• Proven talent development and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for overall account operations and ensure contract compliance across service lines and geographies.
• Lead account performance and drive operational excellence.
• Propose innovations to increase efficiency, automation, and client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and provide timely, decision-quality communication.
• Align CBRE teams to meet client needs across functions.
• Oversee service lines like facilities maintenance, workplace services, vendor management, and compliance.
• Provide leadership to account-based resources and drive consistency across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the account team and coordinate KPI/SLA reviews.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and operating goals.
• Present recommendations and reporting to the client with accuracy and alignment.
• Lead transitions and mobilization to ensure service continuity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Support business growth through renewals and expansions.
• Identify training needs and develop talent within the team.
