Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global Alliance Director to lead a major client partnership with accountability for delivery, performance, and strategic alignment across a global portfolio. You will drive operational excellence, govern the program, and lead a large, dispersed team.

You will influence senior executives, manage change, and maintain client confidence while delivering profitable growth and high satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in account/operations leadership within global, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading through organizational change and operating model evolution.
• Experience managing large, enterprise-level client relationships and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client partnership as senior executive accountable for success.
• Operate a global alliance across North America, EMEA, APAC with ~600 team members.
• Drive contract governance, P&L accountability, and KPI achievement.
• Foster executive engagement and align CBRE and client leadership.
