Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Minnesota to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes through strategic planning and multi-channel outreach. You will partner with field and home-office colleagues to deliver access support, leverage market data to uncover opportunities, and tailor omni-channel outreach while meeting travel requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
Proven high performance selling to large accounts.
Willingness to travel 60–80% and drive or fly; valid driver’s license.
Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border.

Responsibilities

Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities; drive product demand and improved patient outcomes.
Partner with territory teammates/field/home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
Use market and competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex, cross-functional needs.
Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
