Job summary

SENTA Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the allergy clinic, ensuring a capable, trained team and doctors who share the company’s mission. The role includes managing profit & loss and the clinic’s local market success.

Key responsibilities include supervising front/back office staff, scheduling, hiring/training, policy development, and driving efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years working in the clinic setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises employees engaged in front and back office operations.
• Builds relationships of trust between doctors, staff and the company.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates clinic employees in consultation with Human Resources and the doctors.
• Ensures compliance with applicable government laws, rules, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
• Prepares operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency to provide the best possible quality patient care.
