Job summary

Florida ENT Associates is seeking an Allergy Manager to oversee the allergy testing and immunotherapy program within the ENT practice. You will supervise staff, ensure safe, compliant delivery of allergy services, and coordinate with providers to optimize patient care.

You will manage patient screening, documentation, inventory, and quality assurance while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ENT, allergy, immunology, or outpatient clinical setting required.
• Experience with allergy immunotherapy administration required.
• Prior supervisory or lead clinical role strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily allergy testing procedures and immunotherapy administration.
• Supervise and train allergy technicians and nursing staff.
• Manage allergy serum ordering, preparation, and inventory control.
• Ensure patient screening, consent, and documentation; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Coordinate with physicians regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
