Job summary

SENTA Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to run the day-to-day operations of an allergy clinic in Austell, GA, ensuring capable, trained teams and doctors align with the company’s mission. You will oversee profit & loss and drive the clinic’s local success.

The role requires leadership in staffing, scheduling, compliance, and service delivery, with focus on efficient operations and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years working in the clinic setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises employees engaged in front and back office operations.
• Builds relationships of trust between the doctor(s), staff and the company.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates clinic employees.
• Provides performance management in consultations with HR and the doctors.
• Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
