Job summary

Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic, part of SENTA Partners, is the largest allergy group in Georgia with 18 locations. The Practice Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations across clinics and surgery centers, ensuring high-quality services align with established policies.

Reporting to the Executive Director and Physician Leadership, you will drive governance initiatives, data-driven insights, and facility management while supporting growth and patient care in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-site clinical management experience; ASC experience preferred.
• Experience managing financial performance, including P&L oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all office locations, including clinics.
• Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and SENTA leadership.
• Regularly meet with leadership to provide recommendations and insights.
• Develop data-driven insights to optimize clinical and surgical performance.
• Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities.
• Assist with governance initiatives as defined by leadership.
• Support special projects as directed by the Executive Director.
