Qualifications

• Experience supervising allergy/immunotherapy clinical staff

• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA regulations
• Strong documentation and patient communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise allergy testing procedures (skin testing, intradermal testing)
• Oversee SCIT preparation and administration
• Manage staff scheduling and training
• Coordinate inventory, serum ordering, and storage
• Ensure patient screening, consent, and documentation
