Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Part-time Medical Assistant to support clinical operations. You will administer allergy tests and injections, take vitals, assist with in-office procedures, and help with front-office duties to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, basic medical terminology, and the ability to communicate clearly. Schedule includes Monday and Thursday 6:50am-5:00pm, with PRN Tuesday and Wednesday; a driver's license is

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate with others.
• Must be able to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Must be able to manually take patient vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections (subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular).
• Perform spirometry testing and record results in EHR.
• Assist with front-office duties including scheduling and payments.
