All-Source Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a CACI All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands, and other Strategic Partners across the SOFETOPS enterprise. You will provide intelligence support to targeting, planning, and policy development for complex projects. Your role involves delivering all-source intelligence analysis, target development, and assessments to support readiness, operational planning, and innovation initiatives. You will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards, communicating effectively with external parties, the interagency, and the community of interest (COI). Your responsibilities include providing accurate, relevant, and timely all-source analysis, target development, assessments, and coordination of inputs from various analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an embedded All-Source Intelligence Analyst.
• Execute detailed threat analysis and assessments against national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities, and recommend countermeasures.
• Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in global target development of threats and actors.
• Leverage tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft to deliver timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to inform decision-makers.
• Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, and target development using various reporting, processes, and databases.
• Use all-source analytical methodologies and tools to support targeting and development.
• Prepare and deliver intelligence products such as briefs, notes, threat modules, and target intelligence products to DoD and other customers.
• Collaborate and coordinate intelligence efforts within DoD and the Intelligence Community across the SOF Enterprise.
• Provide real-time updates to intelligence databases, including GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and other specialized sources and SMEs.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• At least three years in operations coordination roles within a tactical, operational, or strategic DoD environment.
• Over five years supporting multi-int support for network attack and counter-terrorism operations.
• Experience providing operations or intelligence support, with familiarity in intel analysis tools like MIDB, M3, TAC, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, etc.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Desired:

• Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF in deployed environments.
• Completion of relevant intelligence courses.
• Experience with facility and network characterization, collaboration with external organizations, and working independently.
• Current polygraph or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation:

Salary range: $70,900 - $148,900, depending on experience, location, skills, and other factors. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off benefits.
