Job description

Job Opportunity: All-Source Intelligence Analyst

This position is contingent on contract award.

RMC is hiring All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support USSOCOM. The selected applicants will be responsible for performing as part of a team on intelligence support services globally. These operations aim to protect and promote U.S. policies against both state and non-state actors. USSOCOM requires a long-term intelligence support program to provide comprehensive, actionable intelligence for its SOF units. This includes increasing analytical and security personnel to meet the high demands of sensitive operations.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Travel within CONUS and OCONUS (CENTCOM Area of Responsibility, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, and other Combatant Commands as needed).
  2. Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
  3. Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure collaboration and situational awareness for SOF operational and tactical intelligence needs.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and produce high-quality technical and non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations). Ability to prepare and deliver formal or informal briefings as required.
  5. Some billets will require serving as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and supporting 24/7 rotational shifts.
Requirements:
  1. Active TS/SCI clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility is required to start. The candidate may be subject to a security investigation to verify eligibility for access to classified information.
  2. Six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent government agencies, with at least four (4) years at the operational level.
  3. Knowledge at tactical and operational levels, capable of supporting Counterterrorism/VEO, Deterrence, TCO, SIA, CWMD, and crisis response operations.
  4. Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  5. Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or closely related discipline.
  7. Candidate may be subject to skills verification by the government.

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $184,000 annually, determined by factors such as location, education, experience, and contract requirements.
