All-Source Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a CACI All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands, and other Strategic Partners across the SOFETOPS enterprise. You will provide intelligence support to targeting, planning, and policy development for complex projects. Your role involves delivering all-source intelligence analysis, target development, and assessments to support readiness, operational planning, and innovation initiatives. You will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards through all-source analysis, communicating with external parties, the interagency, and your community of interest (COI). Your responsibilities include providing accurate, relevant, and timely all-source analysis, target development, assessments, and coordination of inputs from analysts supporting the project.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as an embedded All-Source Intelligence Analyst.
  2. Execute detailed threat analysis and assessments against national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities, and recommend countermeasures.
  3. Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of threats and actors.
  4. Leverage tools, analysis, and tradecraft to provide timely, relevant, actionable intelligence to decision-makers.
  5. Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, and target development through various reports, processes, and databases.
  6. Use analytical methodologies and tools to support targeting and target development.
  7. Prepare and deliver intelligence products such as briefs, notes, threat modules, and target intelligence reports.
  8. Collaborate within DoD and Intelligence Community agencies throughout the SOF Enterprise.
  9. Provide real-time updates to intelligence databases, supporting on-call analysts and SMEs across various specializations.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience.
  • At least three years in operations coordination within or supporting high-level DoD commands or contracts.
  • Over five years supporting multi-int support for network attack or CT operations, including counter-facilitation.
  • Experience providing operations or intelligence support.
  • Operational knowledge of intel analysis tools such as MIDB, M3, Lucky, FADE/MIST, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, TargetCOP, and OSINT tools.
  • Proficiency with Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic.
  • Knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF in deployed environments.
  • Completion of relevant targeting or intelligence courses.
  • Experience with facility and network characterization using intelligence sources.
  • Experience collaborating with external DoD, IC, or IA organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to obtain or current Polygraph.

Pay Range

The salary range is $70,900 - $148,900, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and education. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
