The Opportunity

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. As a counterproliferation analyst, you will use your experience and attention to detail to provide actionable intelligence and context. You will design, develop, and execute solutions supporting intelligence organizations, applying advanced skills and industry knowledge. You will also mentor team members.

You Have

• 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or related training
• Experience with ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables for policymakers and defense stakeholders
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of analysis experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years

Nice If You Have

• Experience with military all-source analysis, delivery systems, counterproliferation, counterterrorism
• Experience with Combatant Commands or forward-deployed environments
• Experience working with special operations forces
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and planning

Clearance

TS/SCI clearance is required; candidates will undergo a security investigation.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $77,500 to $176,000 annually, based on various factors. Full benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and more.
