POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

BTS Software Solutions is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. The analyst will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure collaboration and situational awareness in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical intelligence requirements.

The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) should possess knowledge at tactical and operational levels and support Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations. They must demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and produce high-quality intelligence products such as assessments, papers, and briefings. Some billets may require serving as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and supporting 24/7 rotational shifts.

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC and National Capital Region

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at full performance level, including 5+ years with USSOCOM SOF or national intelligence agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
2. At least three (3) years of experience supporting special operations.
3. Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and tools.
4. Experience in writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages).
5. Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6)/GS-15 level or higher.
