Job summary

The Lucky Star and Feather Warrior Casinos seeks an IT Help Desk professional to provide administrative IT support under the IT Supervisor. You will assist staff and vendors and escalate issues as needed, while logging detailed problem diagnoses and resolutions.

The role requires morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends, with advance notice for time off. You will manage tickets, inventory IT equipment, coordinate onboarding/offboarding with HR, and perform general admin duties

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• IT support/troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage/assign/complete IT Help Desk tickets, escalating as necessary.
• Provide IT support to all vendors and staff through all forms of communications.
• Log detailed communications of problems diagnosed and fixed.
• Administrative duties that include but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, ordering supplies/equipment, filing, printing, and scanning.
• Organizes and distributes materials, supplies and equipment across various departments and locations.
• Partners with the recruiting/HR team to assist, as needed, in coordinating onboarding/offboarding for employees.
• Maintains an accurate inventory of all IT equipment.
• Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
