Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant IT Help Desk or customer support experience required.
• OEM Certifications must be maintained as directed.
• Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and support.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Respond to management requests for support.
• Create and update SOPs with engineers.
• Communicate proactively about repair statuses.
