Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional proficiency in English and all spoken languages.
• Ability to provide consecutive interpretation.
• Successful completion of language/interpreting proficiency evaluations.
• Résumé in English during application process.
• Background checks and health requirements may be needed per client/site.
• Ability to travel to onsite assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between English and all spoken languages at onsite assignments.
• Provide remote interpretation by telephone or video when applicable.
• Follow interpreter protocols and client requirements.
• Comply with confidentiality, privacy, security, and ethics requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA and client rules.
