Propio Language Services is seeking onsite contract interpreters for the Detroit, MI metro area. Candidates will provide consecutive interpretation between English and all spoken languages, including remote interpretation when needed, and adhere to client protocols and Propio's confidentiality standards.

We value professional interpreters with strong language skills, relevant credentials, and the ability to travel to assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have professional interpreting experience.
• Proficiency in English and All Spoken Languages.
• Ability to provide consecutive interpretation between English and all languages.
• Completion of applicable language and interpreting proficiency evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional consecutive interpretation between English and All Spoken Languages during onsite assignments.
• Provide remote interpretation by telephone or video when applicable.
• Follow interpreter protocols, standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA and client requirements.
