Land of Lincoln Credit Union in Effingham, IL is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding member service while performing teller transactions, lending tasks, and new account openings.

You will open accounts, process loans, and educate members on products while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires teamwork and multi-program navigation skills in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months teller or cash handling experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Availability during branch hours and to work at alternate locations.
• Must comply with all policies and security procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent member service across teller, lending, and new accounts.
• Open new share accounts and assist with IRAs and certificates.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote products based on member needs.
• Handle loan applications, pull credit reports, and explain options.
• Keep work area organized and assist with other duties as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, rates, and security procedures.
