Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a diligent janitorial associate to perform a variety of cleaning tasks across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash disposal, floor care, and ensuring public areas remain clean and presentable throughout shifts. Candidates should follow safety procedures, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain open communication with the supervisor and Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of janitorial work.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Sufficient communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting around rooms including lights, vents and ledges.
• Sanitize and spot clean surfaces, door handles, windows and ledges.
• Clean bathrooms using germicidal solutions and dispose of waste.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners in assigned areas.
• Dust mop, vacuum rooms and floors, and clean public areas as required.
