RTX's ALEGS Department in Tucson, AZ, is hiring an ALEGS Section Leader to oversee a section of 15–20 engineers and drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

This on-site leadership role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science and 8+ years of experience, with RF/Digital/Analog subsystems expertise and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. RTX offers a 9/80 schedule and relocation eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field.
• Experience leading a technical team (e.g., IPTL, Engineering Lead).
• Experience with RF/Digital/Analog power subsystems development, including design/analysis/test.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee direct line management including performance management and career development.
• Lead a section of 15–20 ALEGS engineers and guide performance and growth.
• Manage hiring, resumes, interviews, onboarding, and policy compliance.
• Promote collaboration across functions to drive program execution and staffing.
• Contribute as a technical lead or execution lead while spending ~15–20% of time on Section Leader duties.
