Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an ALEGS Section Leader in Tucson, AZ to guide a team of 15–20 engineers and oversee program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance. The role includes staffing, performance feedback, and collaboration with PM, CE, IPTLs, and other leaders to meet department goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on RF/Digital/Analog Power subsystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading RF/Digital/Analog power subsystem development.
• Proven leadership of personnel and technical teams.
• Eligible to obtain Special Access Programs clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct line management, performance management, and career development for ALEGS engineers.
• Lead a section of 15–20 ALEGS engineers and support hiring, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage performance feedback, development plans, and timely staff growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administer timecards and staffing.
• Collaborate with program and functional leaders to align goals and staffing.
