RTX's Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) is hiring for an ALEGS Section Leader in Tucson, AZ to oversee a section of 15–20 engineers and drive program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight.

You will manage hiring, performance development, and cross‑functional collaboration, dedicating ~15–20% of time to Section Leader duties, with relocation eligibility and a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with RF/Digital/Analog Power subsystems development, design, analysis, or test.
• Experience leading a technical team (e.g., IPTL or Engineering Lead).

• Lead a section of 15–20 ALEGS engineers and guide performance feedback.
