Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with all alcohol laws and site procedures while supervising staff and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include monitoring service, documenting issues, advising on best practices, verifying permits, and managing alcohol service cut-offs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer’s permit required.
• Prior Security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

Pay

$22.00 – $24.00 / hour

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
