Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to ensure operations comply with state, federal, and local alcohol laws and company procedures.

As a Compliance Supervisor, you will supervise staff serving alcohol, observe issues, answer questions, and confirm permits and policy acknowledgments before shifts. Join a team that values training, benefits, and flexible schedules, with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work
• Assist with alcohol cut-off

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

Pay

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
