Job summary

Delaware North at KeyBank Center is hiring seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors for our venue in Buffalo, NY. You will oversee alcohol service to ensure adherence to state and local laws, as well as company procedures, while supporting a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer’s permit required before being hired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit before the beginning of work.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
