Job summary

Delaware North at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time Bartender to serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with a focus on guest experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment on event days and game nights, following company policies and safety standards.

You must be at least 21 and bring at least two years of bartending experience, with familiarity in credit card processing and POS systems. Weekly pay and flexible schedules are offered.

Responsibilities

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers and mixes and serves beverages.

• Enter drink orders into the POS system and collect payment.
• Completes sales and inventory reports accurately.
• Maintains bar stock by ordering and restocking liquors and supplies.
• Cleans and stores bar equipment and stock.

What will you do?

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company‑standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enter drink orders into the POS system and collects payment from patrons for drinks served
• Completes sales and inventory reports accurately
• Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
• Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least two years of bartending experience required
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in credit card processing
• Previous experience using a computerized POS system

Physical requirements

• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
• Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
