Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local alcohol laws as well as company procedures.

You will supervise staff handling alcohol and help maintain a safe, compliant venue environment. Eligible candidates must be 18+, hold a valid alcohol pourer's permit, and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required before being hired
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• No college degree required

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit before the beginning of work
• Assist with alcohol cut-off

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
