Job summary

Albany YMCA is hiring a Part-Time Member Services representative in Albany, NY, on-site. The role offers open shifts from 10:00 to 4:00 and 4:00 to 9:00, with approx. 10 hours weekly under the Early Wage Access program.

Minimum qualifications include 1–3 years in customer service or sales, basic computer skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. CPR/AED/First Aid certifications and required trainings must be completed within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire).
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire).

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – $16.43/hour
