Job summary

Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a friendly, motivated Member Service Representative to create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive experience for members and guests. This part-time role requires weekend availability and offers a supportive team environment.

You’ll respond to member needs, promote memberships and programs, and help individuals and families feel informed, supported, and engaged. Your service and communication strengths will help members feel welcomed and connected to the YMCA.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years required.
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
• CPR and First Aid, child abuse prevention training, Y orientation certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
