Job summary

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a friendly, dependable Member Service Representative for a part-time role in Town of Corinth, NY. You will help welcome members and guests and handle inquiries, while promoting YMCA memberships, programs and services.

The position includes custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe facility. Minimum age 18, prior customer service experience, and required CPR/First Aid and training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid, child abuse prevention, and Y orientation training required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups and basic computer knowledge.

Opening Shift: 4:45 am / Mid-Morning Shift: 9 am

10-12 hours per week

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will help create a supportive and positive environment that welcomes and respects all individuals. Responsibilities include assisting members and guests, responding to questions and concerns, and promoting YMCA memberships, programs, and services.

This position also includes custodial responsibilities, such as maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility, both inside and outside the building.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
