Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the A/E/C industry with a focus in transportation.
  • Proven leadership, accountability, persistence and growth demonstrated in complex programs.
  • Ability to innovate and rethink client and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with process-improvement capability.
  • Sound strategic and visionary thinking with cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the transportation practice within Alaska and the Mountain Pacific Region.
  • Position WSP as preferred, trusted advisor to public agencies and clients.
  • Collaborate across National Business Lines and other WSP divisions for integrated delivery.
  • Attend civic and industry events to expand client base and project opportunities.
  • Foster talent development, safety, ethics, and inclusion across teams.
