Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, entering orders into POS, preparing drinks, and ensuring stations are stocked. This on-site role requires English proficiency; TAP certification is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve and prepare alcohol.
• At least one year of bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• Must have TAP certification or formal training in alcohol management/serving.
• Observes grooming, customer service, and uniform/dress standards.
• Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders promptly.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Enter orders into POS system and relay orders to kitchen.
• Prepare drinks to order such as wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Observe diners to respond to requests and determine when the meal is complete.
• Serve food items to assigned tables and handle payments.
• Keep service stations stocked and clean equipment.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines and SOPs.
