Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of construction or engineering project experience required.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Ability to perform physical labor in remote and extreme Alaskan conditions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word, and experience using project scheduling software required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle per policy.
• Ability to pass drug, driving and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Support estimating efforts with quantities, pricing, and data.
• Support submittal management, RFIs, and change orders.
• Prepare progress updates and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Track costs and assist with project budget.
• Travel to job sites to support field operations (up to 30%).
• Maintain project documentation and QA/QC verification.
