Job summary

N C Machinery is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative to drive sales growth from our Anchorage, Wasilla, or Fairbanks locations. You will outreach to our existing customer base, nurture relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Responsibilities include developing quotes, collaborating with marketing for targeted outreach, and maintaining CRM records. A background in Caterpillar products is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Caterpillar products; prior sales in construction/heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience in sales role with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and MS Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted customer strategies and support lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive engagement and repeat business.
• Conduct outbound calls to meet or exceed contact and performance goals.
• Prepare and present customer sales quotes in a timely, professional manner.
• Represent N C Machinery at customer events and related activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use CRM tools effectively.
