N C Machinery Co is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative in Juneau, AK. You will drive sales growth within the existing customer base, perform proactive outreach, and manage customer relationships to secure repeat business.

Responsibilities include developing targeted strategies with Marketing, presenting quotes, and representing the company at events. Requires knowledge of Caterpillar products or related industries and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Caterpillar products and prior experience in Caterpillar sales or related industries preferred (construction, agriculture, or heavy equipment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation for occasional travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

About the Role

As an In-Store Sales Representative at our Juneau, AK location, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within N C Machinery’s existing customer base. Through proactive telephone outreach and strong relationship management, you will identify opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and contribute to overall business success.
