Job summary
Saia, a logistics and transportation company, is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive profitable growth for Alaska, Hawaii, and MABD Guarantee services. You will partner with the sales organization and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, understand transportation needs, and develop value-based solutions.
You will support market expansion, revenue growth, and customer adoption while collaborating withOperations, Pricing, Technology, and Customer Service to ensure service
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant transportation, logistics, sales, or business development experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Alaska, Hawaii, and MABD Guarantee services.
- Develop and execute product growth strategies focusing on target customers, industries, and markets.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Alaska, Hawaii offshore services and MABD Guarantee; provide sales support across opportunity lifecycle.
- Support customer discovery, strategic sales calls, solution presentations, pricing discussions, and progression through the sales process.
- Identify opportunities within existing Saia customer relationships to expand adoption and increase revenue.
