Job summary

Guardian Flight Alaska is seeking Ground EMTs in the Anchorage area to respond to calls and deliver high quality patient care within scope of practice and company policies.

The role requires current Alaska EMT-I/II/III license, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work a 4 days on/8 days off schedule with competitive wages and a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Current State of Alaska EMT-I, EMT-II or EMT-III license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintains familiarity with treatment protocols and response requirements.
• Operates a company vehicle in accordance with policy and safety standards.
• Documents patient assessment and treatment and billing information accurately.
• Maintains readiness of medical supplies, equipment, and vehicle.
• Communicates with dispatcher and EMS providers regarding patient status.

Education

Alaska EMT licensing (EMT-I/II/III)
