Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring Ground EMTs to respond to Guardian Flight Alaska calls and deliver high quality patient care within established protocols and company policies. The position offers competitive starting wages and a 4 days on/8 days off schedule, with opportunities to work within our Alaska EMS network and continue professional certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Alaska EMT license (I/II/III).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Valid Alaska driver''s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with treatment protocols, response requirements and QA procedures.
• Ensure documentation is complete as per policy and reporting to Lead Paramedic.
• Operate vehicle safely and in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
• Maintain readiness of equipment, supplies and vehicle at all times.
• Communicate with dispatcher/EMS providers regarding patient status.
