Rescue Link is seeking an Ambulance Driver (Non-EMT) to operate emergency response vehicles across Alaska. The role demands safe vehicle operation and assistance to EMS crews during patient transport, under unique and challenging Alaskan conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Alaska driver's license, meet age requirements, have a high school diploma, and be physically capable of lifting and moving patients. The position involves varying shifts and working in an array of environmental settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Alaska driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 19–21 years of age based on insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain post-hire).
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move patients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 911 calls and scheduled transports safely.
• Operate ambulances under varied Alaska conditions.
• Assist EMS crew members with patient handling.
• Perform vehicle pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Complete necessary documentation including logs.
