Qualifications

• One year of experience leading staff performing motor vehicle licensing, titling, registration, and compliance functions.
• OR one year of experience supervising cash-handling and customer services with related duties.
• Two years of advanced motor vehicle licensing, titling, registration, and compliance functions including testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of MVCSRI professionals ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in Anchorage and Eagle River offices.
• Oversee processing of identifications, titles, and registrations, verifying legality.
• Communicate DMV policies and regulations clearly to the public.
• Streamline operations to improve customer satisfaction across in-person and remote offices.
• Mentor staff and uphold high operational standards statewide.
