AMI is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director to lead a surgical facility in Alaska. The role combines clinical and operational leadership to drive patient safety, quality, and financial performance.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory readiness, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. A hands-on leader will partner with physicians and staff to deliver exceptional care in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience managing ambulatory surgery center operations and surgical service workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
• Oversee financial and budget management, including revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; readiness for inspections.
• Maintain AAAHC and Joint Commission accreditation standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and risk management programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop facility staff.
